Lacey Proffitt is a master certified life coach and AEC industry veteran. She is a big believer in working in your strengths and passions for maximum engagement and fulfillment.  In 2018, after living a double life for many years, pushing hard to climb the career ladder that was leading the opposite direction she REALLY wanted, she founded Full Tank Coaching in order to save her clients the hassle of making the same mistakes.  She helps her clients find their direction and create a strategic plan for their own life in order to live the life they really want; to find that every day sense of peace and fulfillment.

Lacey takes action every day to realize her life’s strategic plan of regenerative farming and ranching. She serves on the board of the Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association as well as being the Agriculture Lead at Jourdan-Bachman Pioneer Farms, a living history museum in Austin. She continues to be involved in SMPS Austin as well as offering business development consulting and strategic RFQ production to small, growth-oriented AEC companies.
