Megellan Development Group and Ryan Companies’ multi-use development, 5^th & Brazos, includes a 32 story tower in the heart of Downtown Austin and features over 300 apartments, more than 400 hotel rooms split between the Thompson and tommie hotel brands and amenities such as restaurants, bars, fitness facilities and lounges and common areas that are shared between all residents and hotel guests with additional amenities available just for apartment residents.  The tower will also include ground floor retail space.
