Please join SMPS Austin on Wednesday, May 15th for a tour of the newly completed 70 Rainey condo tower. 70 Rainey is a 34 story signature, mixed-use luxury condominium development located in Austin’s Rainey Street Historic District. The tower has 173 condo residences including seven penthouses on the top three levels. The development incorporates world-class design, green-building standards, and high-end construction along with one-of-a-kind amenities and protected views of Lady Bird Lake. Sitting atop the garage podium is the 21,000 square foot amenity deck that includes an infinity edge pool with views of the lake and the Downtown Austin skyline, an outdoor kitchen, a dog park and 360 degrees of outdoor park with expansive landscaping and a garden-like feel that provides more amenity space per residence than any high rise building in Austin.

Tour attendance will be limited to the first 27 tour registrants. Project tour to start at 4:30pm. We will gather in the main lobby of 70 Rainey and depart in groups. No on-site parking will be available; carpooling and ride-sharing is strongly encouraged. There are paid parking lots nearby.

Please join us immediately following the tour around 5:30pm for a Networking Happy Hour across the street at Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden (79 Rainey St). Happy hour networking is open to all but only tour registrants will receive 2 drink tickets compliments of our tour sponsors.
