Our Senior Leadership Roundtable (formerly Director's Guild) is a quarterly, peer-driven forum for senior marketing and business development leaders in the A/E/C industry. This small-group conversation space is designed for those responsible for strategy, growth, and team leadership within their firms. Each session focuses on candid discussion, shared challenges, and practical ideas you can take back to your organization. There are no presentations, just real conversation among peers who understand the complexities of leading in our industry. If you are looking to expand your perspective, compare approaches, and build meaningful connections at the leadership level, this roundtable is for you.

A facilitator helps gather ideas, keep everyone on topic, and manage the time. The benefit of the group is found in the synergy created by leaders sharing and identifying creative real-time solutions. The heart of SMPS has always been to connect marketing/business development professionals together—leveraging our collective knowledge to offer support and solve business challenges. As our members start to rise to senior leadership positions, our challenges grow, but the need for support remains.

**This event will be held in the 1st floor shared building conference room (not upstairs in Kitchell's office suite). There are 2 identical office buildings when you arrive at Lakewood on the Park - enter the one on the left (Building B). If you enter from the front doors of the building, walk through the lobby (past the fish tank) and take a right down the hallway until you see the sign for the conference room.
