Amy Jones | O'Connell Robertson

As President/CEO, Amy leads the Firm’s corporate vision and strategy development, guides talent and people issues, and manages financial operations. Throughout her 25-year career at O’Connell Robertson, she has been involved in and led the Firm’s marketing and business development team and served in a project executive role for various clients.

Amy’s focus on client relations, business development, strategic partnerships, and community engagement has provided a strong foundation for the Firm’s growth over the last decade. Her dedication to clients and the community can be seen in the strong relationships and strategic partnerships she has formed throughout Texas where she is actively involved in numerous professional and non profit organizations.

Kelly Daniel, PG, CAPM | Kleinfelder

Kelly Daniel is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Geology (B.S.) with a concentration in environmental geology and hydrogeology.  Ms. Daniel is a licensed professional geoscientist (PG) in the State of Texas and a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality licensed Corrective Action Project Manager (CAPM).

She currently works as a Vice President and Area Manager for Kleinfelder, Inc. where she oversees Kleinfelder's Construction Materials Engineering and Testing (CoMET) and Construction Management practices in Texas and Oklahoma.  She currently oversees over seventy employees, was responsible for over $17M in sales in the last year and oversaw execution of $33M in work annually across her group.

She is the recipient of the prestigious Austin Under 40 Award for the Energy, Mobility, & Transportation Category.  She has been recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) as one of the Top 20 Professionals Under 40 in the Texas and Louisiana Area and was selected amongst 300 candidates to be named one of the National Top 20 Under 40 Professionals, appearing on the August cover of ENR in 2019.  Kelly also serves as the Vice-President of the Pflugerville Independent School District Board of Trustees, elected in 2023 and is the mother of two pre-teen girls who frequently like to roll their eyes at her.

Roberta Salas | Dunaway

Dunaway’s Central Texas Business Development Director and Principal, with 20+ years of expertise in business development, a proven track record to identify and capitalize on new revenue growth opportunities, while fostering a culture of mentorship and professional growth for the firm statewide. 

Roberta works closely with executive leadership to formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies with a focused approach leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing sales pipelines, and exploring innovative programs for improving productivity. 

In addition, Roberta is deeply committed to nurturing Dunaway's next generation of business development professionals. Through hands-on mentorship and training, she empowers emerging talent to develop the skills necessary to build sustainable growth for the firm.
