More Than a Bond: Evolving School Facilities to Meet Community Needs
Join us for an insightful panel featuring representatives from three school districts, each at a different stage in addressing their facility and community needs. Steven Alves, Assistant Superintendent of Operations for Del Valle ISD, will share strategies for maintaining and upgrading facilities outside of an active bond cycle, while James Conkle, Director of Construction & Planning for Dripping Springs ISD, will discuss plans for new ground-up projects as well as several school renovations through their upcoming $402M May bond election. Mackie Price, Bond Director for Marble Falls ISD will highlight MFISD’s approach to revitalizing aging facilities through an upcoming $172M bond election. This conversation will explore long-term planning, bond savings, and strategic facility management to meet evolving community demands.
