Marie Franki, a seventh-generation Texan and Central Texas resident for over two decades, boasts an intimate understanding of the community, its culture, and the industry trends shaping development across the region and the broader Texas market. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southwestern University and a wealth of experience in the AEC industry, Marie harnesses her unique background, connections, and industry acumen to curate top-tier project teams primed to tackle the rapid growth in Texas.

Having collaborated alongside architects, engineers, and contractors in various business development and marketing roles, she possesses holistic knowledge of the challenges encompassing successful project completion.
