The Directors Guild is a peer mastermind group tailored to senior marketing and business development professionals to create a peer support forum for SMPS members who may be facing similar business challenges. We ask that each participant submit discussion topics for the group to brainstorm and discuss for 15 minutes before rotating to another topic. This space is designed to nurture insights, offer support, and share and identify creative real-time solutions.

To participate in the Directors' Guild, we ask the following: 

• Active SMPS membership
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience AND/OR leadership positions at firm

SMPS's heart has always been connecting marketing/business development professionals together — leveraging our collective knowledge to offer support and solve business challenges. As our members start to rise to senior leadership positions, our challenges grow, but the need for support remains.

Breakfast + coffee will be provided. 

The Directors Guild will be held every quarter, with registration available to SMPS members for each session. We encourage our participants to maximize their involvement by attending as many sessions as their schedules allow to foster genuine connections among attendees.
