Please join SMPS Austin for a tour of Springdale Green. Expected to be completed in Q1 of 2024, Springdale Green is an atypical office building rendered in raw concrete and artisanal brick, and combines old materials with flowing new forms. The project consists of 872,500 square feet of Class A office space encompassing two 6-story buildings with a 23,000-square-foot fitness & wellness center, 36,000 square feet of outdoor terraces, and 20 acres of restored ecological landscape with trails and outdoor amenities. 

This is an active job site and PPE is required. Please bring a hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and boots or hard-soled shoes - sneakers are not permitted. Limited PPE will be provided by Clean Scapes.

Tour attendance will be limited to the first 50 registrants. The project tour will begin at 3:30pm.

The post-tour happy hour will be just next door at The Front Page immediately following the tour. All tour registrants will receive one drink ticket, compliments of our happy hour sponsor.
