Come join us for the 1st BD roundtable of 2023! We will be talking about the importance of your BD and Marketing staff teaming up every step of the way towards a project win. Hear from 2 duos from 2 different firms as they talk about how BD/Marketing can work together to plan, implement and ultimately win the project pursuit. Some of our discussion items include:
- Taking on a more proactive approach before the RFQ/RFP hits the streets
- Developing a strategic plan for marketing + bd to partner to close the deal
- How both departments can help each other (and encourage others in the firm to support these departments as well)

Morgan Paré
Marketing Manager
Morgan Pare brings over a decade of marketing and communications, with nearly 20 years of experience as a graphic artist. She began with a Bachelor of Art in Studio Art from the University of New Hampshire and immediately entered the Architectural Engineering and Construction industry as a graphic designer. As her marketing career progressed and moved her throughout the country, she gained experience in public relations and business development in other industries, including Home Care and Hospice and professional sports.
Her role as Marketing Manager focuses on aligning White Construction's marketing efforts with their strategic initiatives. Her diverse background and experience contribute to the evolution and constant growth of White Construction's marketing efforts.
She has been active in professional organizations, including Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), serving on the Nashville Chapter Board of Directors as its Communications Chair, and currently serving on the SMPS Austin Chapter Board of Directors as its Co-Education Chair.

Krysta Stauch

Krysta Stauch's educational background in theatre arts provided a perfect stage for her transformation into the role of Relationship Manager. She developed enthusiasm, communication skills, and tenacity for building new relationships and maintaining existing relationships. These are perfect tools for pursuing one goal – to match White Construction client’s construction needs with the services the firm has honed to perfection during the past 50 years.
Krysta is customer-focused and quality-driven. She has build a robust network of friends and colleagues in the Austin area construction industry.

Senior Marketing Coordinator
As an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator, Guerly has over ten years of demonstrated experience working in the A/E/C marketing and advertising industry. She is skilled in producing top quality and compelling proposals, qualifications packages, presentations and designs. By nature, Guerly is highly detail-oriented and possess strong project management skills. She knows how to orchestrate technical and creative marketing initiatives while also ensuring they are completed on time.
As part of Central Services at Page, Guerly is the coordinator of relationships, data, and knowledge across markets, services, and regions. Her team works hand in hand with firm leaders to communicate a strong and consistent message throughout the firm and to clients.

Sara Ibarra, AIA

Business Development Director
As an architect with a focus in public relations and community building, Sara’s role at Page is to develop collaborative partnerships with public and private institutions, industry, and enterprise. Sara brings a passion for helping shape businesses and organizations to be stronger through visibility, brand, innovation, and partnerships. She is engaged during pre-project team planning and throughout project visioning and programming. Sara serves as client liaison to ensure that the owner stakeholders’ mission and vision is carried throughout the design process. She is proud to serve the community through integrated design, planning, and support.
Sara serves on several boards and councils including: The Society of College and University Planning (SCUP) Southern Council, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Austin Management Committee, and the Greater San Marcos Partnership Board.
