BUSINESS LUNCHEONS: ETIQUETTE EVERY PROFESSIONAL SHOULD KNOW
Whether you are attending a networking lunch event or a client lunch meeting, it’s important that you are able to demonstrate good table manners and know how to get the most out of the event. This hands-on session will walk you through all of the components of a lunch event, from choosing the best seat to making small talk to understanding the multiple pieces of silverware on the table. This is a fun, interactive session that will give you the confidence to navigate a large lunch event as well as tips and tricks for successful one-on-one business luncheons.

- Navigating the place setting
- Making small talk and general table etiquette
- Tips for small audience business luncheons

With more than 15 years in the industry, Maggie has collaborated with architects, engineers and contractors to help them create a positive change for their companies through strategic planning, business development advising, marketing, skill training and coaching. She is a Past President of the San Antonio SMPS Chapter, the recipient of the 2012 SMPS Marketer of the Year Award, and provides extensive professional development training to the A/E/C industry.

Audra Allen, CMO at Emerald Fox Marketing, has worked with professional services firms her entire career, with a special focus on the AEC industry. She comes from a background of working with technical professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers, and even accountants, to help them get noticed and stand out through effective branding, design, strategy, and training. Audra is a Past President of the San Antonio SMPS Chapter President and has served in multiple capacities for the chapter throughout her AEC career.
