Stream Realty Partners has assembled over 40 properties along Austin’s historic 6th Street from Brazos St to IH-35 and have plans underway for a complete revitalization of the area into a cohesive art and music-driven district. Caitlyn will share their strategies to enact this vision to provide new public space, music venues, restaurants, hotel and office space, including new vertical development above existing buildings, as well as new infrastructure and transportation improvements.
