Join us for our first BD roundtable of 2021 as we dive into the topic of Client Experience (CX). Our expert panelists will discuss the ins & outs of a Client Experience program, tips for showing the value of CX to your firm's leadership group as well as how to get started with leading a CX program at your firm.

Vice President and Geographical Client Account Manager | Jacobs
Court is a Vice President and Geographical Client Account Manager for Jacobs Engineering Group based out of Montana. He leads business development and project delivery for all Jacobs public-sector non-federal clients in Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. He has over 26 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, serving in a wide range of technical and project/program leadership roles.

Blake Godwin
Blake Godwin, Partner, President at Client Savvy, has helped firms of all sizes realize revenue potential through solving critical business problems for over 15 years. Through Client and Employee Experience Strategy, Blake empowers and enables his clients to capitalize on opportunities while accomplishing both short and long term Strategic Priorities. Blake is a SMPS Member in the Raleigh, NC Chapter and holds a B.S. in Business Marketing as well as a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina where he also played Golf.
